Enrollment Information

In order to register a student you will need to do the following:

1) Come into Keigwin and fill out a registration packet.

2) Provide a copy of your child's academic and medical records. If you do not have those copies then sign a release of information form so we can contact the previous school to get the records. 

3) Bring in a birth certificate for your child.

4) Provide proof of residency.

All of these steps must be completed and/or received before your child can start at Keigwin. If your child is already enrolled in one of the eight Middletown elementary schools then they will forward the information to us and you do not have to do the above steps.

If there are any special needs or concerns about your child, please let guidance know so we can best accommodate your child.
